Forever Rose refers to a rose preserved or handcrafted to last for years without fading. In our collection, this includes both the Preserved Rose and the Galaxy Rose.

Forever Roses are crafted from two main types of materials. The Preserved Rose is made from a real natural rose. The Galaxy Rose is made from high-quality synthetic materials and coated with a holographic film that reflects dazzling colors.

Each Glass Rose is crafted from high-quality reinforced glass, offering greater durability than ordinary glass. Still, as with any fine glasswork, it should be handled gently and protected from drops or heavy impact.

Maintenance Guidelines:

Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth (such as microfiber) to delicately remove dust.

Washing: If necessary, rinse with mild soap and water, then dry completely.

Placement: Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight and display on a stable surface where it won’t be easily disturbed.

Absolutely! Each Forever Rose comes in an elegant, premium gift box. We understand its meaning as a special present, so every detail—from the rose itself to the packaging—is designed with care. This ensures you can give it directly as a thoughtful, refined gift without the need for additional wrapping.

The Glass Rose is designed to be preserved forever. Unlike fresh flowers, it never wilts, allowing you to cherish its beauty and meaning for a lifetime.

Our standard Glass Rose (including the stem) stands about 12–14 inches tall, with the blossom measuring approximately 3–4 inches in diameter. This size is thoughtfully designed to serve as a striking centerpiece without being overwhelming. Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in size may occur—adding to its unique charm.

Every Glass Roses is an art piece thoughtfully designed and meticulously handcrafted by artisans. We remain committed to handcrafting each rose to ensure it carries unique details and a sense of life that mass machine production can never compare to.

For shipping safety reasons, batteries are not included. The product is designed to work with 3 * AAA batteries, which can be easily purchased separately. Supermarket, Amazon, etc.

Since each piece is handcrafted, we take 1–2 business days to carefully inspect and package your order. Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–4 business days.

At the moment, we only provide shipping within the United States.

Absolutely! We use thick shock-absorbing foam, custom-fit inserts, and sturdy outer boxes to provide multi-layer protection designed specifically for fragile items like glass roses. We maintain an excellent record of safe and secure deliveries. In the rare case of damage, we will replace it at no extra cost.

All of our roses are both crafted and shipped from Atlanta, Georgia.

Shipping is free for all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase requirement.

We accept a variety of secure and convenient payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more, ensuring a smooth and safe checkout process.

Damaged During Shipping: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service at support@myglassrose.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos or videos of the damaged product. Once verified, we will send you a free replacement.

Not Satisfied: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy (product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging). Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please make sure your address is correct before placing the order. If you notice an error after submitting your order, contact us immediately to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
