For shipping safety reasons, batteries are not included. The product is designed to work with 3 * AAA batteries, which can be easily purchased separately. Supermarket, Amazon, etc.

Since each piece is handcrafted, we take 1–2 business days to carefully inspect and package your order. Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–4 business days.

Absolutely! We use thick shock-absorbing foam, custom-fit inserts, and sturdy outer boxes to provide multi-layer protection designed specifically for fragile items like glass roses. We maintain an excellent record of safe and secure deliveries. In the rare case of damage, we will replace it at no extra cost.
